INTRODUCTION
Stepping through the door of the detective agency, you're greeted by the sight of Looker standing behind a table, as if he was expecting you. Looker acknowledges your entry with a stern nod. "Good day, detective. I'll cut straight to the chase: we've received reports that Team RR have arrived in Alola to wreak havoc, and have taken over the Aether Paradise to act as their base for this nefarious mission."
"I've received information from our intelligence division"—here he points over his shoulder at a YouTube video playing on his laptop—"indicating that Team RR has made plans to beat up a user named Painter Espeon."
You gasp. "The international crime organisation? Headed by Giovanni? What would they be doing hatching plans to beat up random people?"
Looker looks confused for a moment, then realises what you mean. "No, not Rainbow Rocket. We're dealing with a different organisation here. They have their own agenda, their own hitlist, their own methods. We're dealing with Team Rory Rocket."
Ignoring your own look of confusion, he continues. "We've mapped out their base of operations in Aether Paradise. They've installed a high-tech security gate in the front of the compound which requires a password to enter, and they've remodelled the interior of the mansion into three rooms. Each room contains a password and all three of them will combine to grant you access to the boss's inner chamber. Your mission is to prevent the beating from taking place."
"When you get each of the four passwords, please communicate them to our correspondent UGM Bot, who will be stationed on this side as a point of contact. If you gain any important information about Team Rory Rocket's motives, please also radio back the information."
"Good luck, detective. Remember all that I've taught you—you never know when a small piece of wisdom may come in most useful. When you're ready to go, I'll bring you to the castle gate."
